She is recognized for her exceptional volleyball IQ, allowing her to read the game, anticipate plays, and make smart decisions in every phase of competition. Combined with her athleticism, strong work ethic, and coachability, Kailani continues to develop into a complete six-rotation player with the potential to compete at the next level.
Kailani comes from a proud multicultural family. Her father is Fijian and her mother is American, giving her a rich cultural heritage that has shaped her values of resilience, respect, humility, and perseverance. She takes great pride in representing both sides of her family and brings those qualities to every practice, competition, and team environment.
Kailani's goal is to continue developing her game and earn the opportunity to play collegiate volleyball. She is committed to becoming the best athlete and teammate she can be while continuing to grow as a leader on and off the court.
