Coach Michelle coached for Rancho Valley 14's team. She is also the Junior Varsity coach at Redlands East Valley High School for the last 5 years. Achievements at REV include 5 consecutive Citrus Belt League Titles. In the 5 years that coach Gansert has been at redlands they have only lost 3 matches.

Coach Michelle played at Cal State University of San Bernardino from 1993 - 1994.

 Coach Gansert graduated from CSUSB with a BS Degree in Kinesiology.
